What Kind Of Treatment Can You Go To While Living At A Sober House In Delray Beach?

If you are struggling to free yourself from the shackles of addiction, you are not alone. Millions of men and women all over the country are going through the same struggle. It takes courage to take the first step and ask for help.

Research has shown that you have a higher chance of recovering from drug and alcohol addiction if you have the support you need. This is why addiction recovery fellowships like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous have helped so many find long-term recovery.

Living at a sober living house can give you the stability, structure and support we know you are desperately seeking at this time. However, many sober living homes are not organized to suit each individual’s unique needs. It can often lead to frustration for those in recovery and, sometimes, relapse. This treatment program was carefully and methodically designed to keep this from happening to you. Our sober houses are well-staffed and will provide you with a positive, healthy environment during your stay with us.

What Makes Our Treatment Program Different?

Our staff members at Seacrest Recovery Center understand that the key to successfully treating our clients is customized treatment. After a carefully-conducted evaluation, we will organize a treatment plan for you. All of our clients must begin with our Intensive Outpatient Program which involves therapy sessions for five days every week from Monday to Friday. These are conducted in a way that encourages group interaction. It will provide you with an opportunity to express your fears and concerns.

We keep you engaged at all times at Seacrest because we understand that you need to focus your full attention on your recovery. This is why, when you are not in therapy sessions, you will be attending AA and NA meetings so you are benefiting from the fellowship that can be so critical for you at this time. This is the first stage of our treatment program.

We will then move forward after two weeks of the first phase of IOP to the second phase of IOP. This is when we will pay closer attention to your individual needs. Therapy sessions will be conducted three times a week instead of five. One-to-one counseling sessions will be conducted during this time. Special attention will be paid to:

  • Our 12-Step Recovery Program
  • Exercise and diet
  • Finding a job
  • Increasing personal responsibility

You will be feeling much more confident by the time you get to the third phase of treatment. This is when you will find full-time work and be allowed to go anywhere you want, as long as you follow our rules and guidelines.
